WHAT IS IT?

12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite (SH) is the industry standard for professional exterior cleaning. It is the active ingredient responsible for killing mold, mildew, algae, moss, bacteria, and other organic contaminants on roofs, siding, concrete, fences, and many exterior surfaces.

Unlike household bleach (typically 5-8%), professional-grade 12.5% SH provides significantly more cleaning power, making it the preferred choice for soft washing contractors.

• Heat and sunlight are SH's biggest enemies. Keep it cool and shaded.
• Let chemistry do the work. More dwell time usually beats stronger mixes.

STORAGE

• Store in a TSS HDPE approved container
• Store in a cool, shaded location.
• Keep containers tightly sealed.
