Product Overview

• NuTopp is a bio-based asphalt surface rejuvenator formulated with plant oils, surfactants, and polyethylene polyamines.
• It is designed for professional application on asphalt shingle roofs to restore oils lost through aging and promote granule adhesion.

Directions For Use

1. Inspect:

   • Confirm the roof type and structural soundness.
   • Document the roof's age, condition, granule loss, and any damage.
   • Repair any loose, lifted, or damaged shingles before application.

2. Clean:

   • Remove debris, correct drainage obstructions, and clean dirt or organic growth using approved methods.
   • Protect non-target surfaces and areas from overspray and runoff.

3. Dilution:

   • Use a 3:1 water-to-NuTopp concentrate mix.
   • Examples: 1 gal concentrate + 3 gal water = 4 gal solution.

4. Application:

   • Use controlled low-pressure equipment (100-300 PSI) to apply the solution evenly.
   • Avoid pooling, runoff, and overspray during application.

5. Control:

   • Maintain consistent pressure and spray pattern.

6. Document:

   • Record the roof area, amount of concentrate used, and conditions.
